Powder Room Moodboard

-Moody, dramatic, dark

-Sink either marble with dramatic veining, or soapstone

-Aged brass. Single-handle faucet

-vintage sconces

-limewash walls

-for sink, we like the solution in the top right photo with a small sink on top of shelf. Also thinking about using pullout pantry-style cabinets on either side or just one side (as space allows) as medicine cabinet, with sink spanning all available width of wall (bottom row sink)

Primary Bathroom Mood Board

-Love the vertical tiles continuing from wall to floor and into shower, possibly changing color at some point

-plenty of built-in shower tile shelf space, definitely

-Brass or brushed nickel fixtures

-Single handle faucet.

-Side sconces

-Exactly the under-mirror sliding cabinet situation in the top-right image

-Some kind of wall-mounted wood cabinet, very clean

-Most likely real stone surface

Kitchen Mood Board

-Inset, Shaker-style cabinets. Thinking about either different colors for upper and lower, or for cabinets vs island.
-Bar corner related but different - reeded glass or different color cabinets
-perhaps raw wood on bar corner rhymes with open shelves
-island different color, with different/lighter stone,
made to look thicker with edge, NOT on legs as shown, we will go all the way to the floor to maximize drawer space
-Aged or natural unlaquered brass hardware

-do we need a permanent library ladder? Not too fussy or traditional.

-Soapstone-look, dark, veined granite counterop. Love the look of continuing countertop into backsplash with ledge. I like the height in the top left image. I see different ways of dealing with windows, sometimes the stone even continues around the window as trim, which I like, or comes partway up past window.

-Short flushmounts instead of can lights
- Bigger pendant over dining table, but not over island

-White oak floors continuing from parlor
