It appears we finally have a contractor as good as his word. I don't want to get ahead of myself since we haven't seen his finish work yet, but the update and pics he sent this morning are good news.
He says the new stair case he is laminating together on site now has 5 layers, the top floor has been jacked up 3", the floor joists that were sagging have been doubled and drilled and bolted, the job has been swept again, and the driveway trees have been removed.
